Teething?

My 4 month old (corrected age 7 weeks she’s premature) has two bumps on her gums on both sides in the same position and is crying, spitting a lot. Could she be starting to teethe?

THis could definitely be her teeth about to pop through, especially if she's a little more irritable than usual. My boy's teeth came really early too so it can happen.
