Bag recommendations for a 2 year old and newborn

So I'm due in January but will also have nappies etc for my 2 year old. Atm I have a kipling backpack which is fine but has turned into a bottomless pit of crap. Any suggestions of a practical bag while out and about with 2?

I bought a normal backpack and I have found it so much better I use to have a single shoulder strap nappy bag with my first but knew that I would need something far more practical and easier to carry when having to deal with a toddler and a newborn my backpack has side pockets as well as a front pocket and then few compartments inside to store away stuff like changing mat purse phone wipes nappies clothes it's the best thing I done
