I feel like I give my DS the same stuff! He’s a confident eater as we weaned early and I’d like some ideas of more things I can give him.

At 6 months you can pretty much give most things except honey, whole nuts and high salt/sugar. Meat, fish, dairy, bread, pasta, rice, eggs, etc

Which meals are you looking for inspiration for?

My six month old who is baby led weaning eats the following sorts of things:

Strawberries
Banana

Vegetables:

Carrots
Peas
Cucumber
Sweet potato

Lunch:
Omelette
Scrambled egg
Toast fingers
Egg muffins
Pinwheels with various fillings
Banana pancakes
Sandwiches

Snacks:
Oatcakes with nut butter
Rice cakes

Dinner:
Roast chicken dinner
Cottage pie
Paella
Chilli con carne
Salmon
Tuna
Curry

It still does on my phone Violet1988!

OP, anything! We've been giving our DS a portion of our dinner for his since he was 6.5 months (weaned at 6mo), breakfast is cereal, fruit and toast and lunch is usually a snacky plate of food or a sandwich etc.
