Go Henry Card - any good?

Hi! Has anyone signed up for a Go Henry card? I was wondering if they are any good and how easy they are to use?

Am keen to start giving DD (7) pocket money but also want to teach her the importance of saving some of her money instead of spending it on rubbish (IMO)

Money tends to burn a hole in her pocket but I'd like her to be able to see it build.

Thanks for reading Smile

I used them for my 2 girls up until the beginning of the year when we opened Natwest accounts. For younger children they are great...you both have the app and you can both see what's being saved/spent. The only issue I had was the the app would regularly go down which was a nightmare

My daughter has a nimbl card but she's a bit older (13) it's handy as I can transfer busfare/dinner money if she gets stuck while out with her friends. My younger DD (6) I don't think is ready for one but she was a prem baby and an emotionally "young" 6 iyswim.

I looked into it, but don't see the point in paying a monthly fee for a card. DD doesn't have a phone so having an app means nothing to her, and she only get £3 a week so there's not that much to play with really.

When she's older, maybe.
