Have a look at a yumbox, it's divided into different sections so bento-like. My toddler and pre-schooler love it. There's lots of ideas on how to fill it if you look on instagram.

I like the Stephen Joseph ones from Becky and Iolo because the divider, unlike many, isn’t fixed – meaning you can easily move it to where suits, and it stays in place well. Also, the clips are big enough for little hands to open and the fun design is printed on a clear lid, so you can see what’s inside. Big enough for a sandwich and some chopped fruit or veg, it’s BPA-free and microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe.

Don’t go expensive. They’ll probably lose it, in my experience!

My daughter has a yumbox. She absolutely loves it, I was always loosing the lids to Tupperware and things and it’s really easy to clean. It’s never leaked and she’s had it for almost a year now with no issues.
I find dd eats better as well as she can graze at her lunch rather than eating things one at a time.

We have Yumboxes too. 4 years later and still going strong!
