Just wondered how you transitioned baby / toddler to own bed and room currently I have a 19 month old ds and 9 month old dd. We recently got our first flat so they have their own room now but ds has been in our bed since 9 weeks old how do I move him to sleep on his own in his own room and then my dd is outgrowing her next to me crib and needs to move with my ds to her own cot any tips much appreciated thanks
