Charmkin I was like this with my ds a couple of weeks ago. He mastered the weeing quite quickly but would only poo in his pants. He found the little potty quite uncomfortable so we bought one of those potty chair things. It wasn't cheap but it is so much more comfortable for him and he will sit for longer. We gave him one Smartie for a wee and told him he could have a whole little box for a poo. After over a week of no success with poo I showed him the Thomas the Tank Engine jigsaw I had bought for him for his first clean and dry day. I don't know if this was an incentive but the next day he just went and did a poo on the potty. It came totally out of the blue and he has been fine from then on. My advice would be to persevere, some kids just take longer to realise that it is a different feeling doing a poo to a wee.
