Books about food and relationship with food

Hi all,

This is my first time in "parenting" so hope this is the right place for my post!

I am a FTM due in December. I have spent years working on my relationship with food - learning how to cook from scratch and not relying on processed food, learning about protein and fullness, learning about portion sizes, reducing binge-ing, trying to change my mindset from food = comfort to food = nourishment and fuel etc. Although I would never say it to her, most of my poor relationship with food was due to my mum.

Because of this, I am really keen for my child to have a healthy relationship with food but I don't feel like I have a model to work from (and neither does my husband for different reasons).

Are there any books/websites/resources out there that you can recommend to help me with this?

Thank you!
