1 year old none blanching spot

Hi my 1 year old has a none blanching spot and snotty nose but hes ok in himself, anyone know what to suggest

Call 111 if you are worried who will probably want you to go to A&E due to his age and the non blanching spot. However dont panic I had a leg covered in non blanching spots it otherwise ok, went to a walk in where the Doctor said the rash is usually one of the last symptoms to develop in Meningitis and a non blanching rash with no other symptoms was nothing to worry about.

Hes had a none blanching spot before when hes been poorly but never this prominent and big just that its different that worries me
