Baby is 4 months slept through since 8 weeks now she wakes every 2 hours! I’m exhausted. She screams for 2 hours at 2am. When does this end? Please give any tips? Thank you

Try and relax into it as one they feed off your anxiety and get even worse. If bf, feed lying down. It ends.
With DD it was a solid month of hell. This time with DS it was 10 days.

Coffee is great. With my DS it lasted about 4 weeks. It was easier than the regressions that followed (sorry). Nap when you can and repeat "it's just a phase" often.

It does end. It's horrible but it does end. Keep going. Stay strong. Ours was a couple of weeks but as you can see every baby is different x

No advice but I think my boy is going through this a bit early, he is 14 weeks tomorrow and the last week has been hellish !

So your not alone 🙈

It sucks, just stick with your routine and it will pass. You can't fix it!!

My DS is almost 9 months now and the 4 month regression hit us hard! It does end. You will get through this! We tried a sleep program called ‘little ones’ (disclaimer: there was 0% crying it out in this program, I never would have done that) and it really really helped us. You’re doing a great job, it will pass Smile
