Aptamil ready-to-feed colour

We have been using the large bottles of aptamil ready to feed. Today we used one of the smaller ones and I noticed the milk was darker and seemed thicker. Not only that, the baby didn't keep any of it down. It all came back up. Why would the ready-to-feed milk differ from one bottle to the next?

I’d report it to the manufacturer. That’s doesnt sound right, especially if baby is being very sick.

I remember the ready made cartons being a slightly darker colour, but the baby bringing it straight back up sounds odd. Take it back to where you bought it, even just the empty carton, and also report to manufacturer.
