Nappies leaking overnight

Hi. I have an 11 month old daughter & recently her nappies have started leaking every night. This is causing her to wake up & once changed is taking up to 2 hours to settle again. She is just under 10kg. I’m using size 4 nappies in the day & 4+ at night. Have also tried pampers pants in a size 4. She sleeps for approx 12 hours overnight. Last night she woke up wet at 2.30am. Any advice or suggestions gratefully received! 😊

Can you do a sneaky nappy change whilst she's asleep? Or put two nappies on her.

Size up and check her vest (if she's wearing one) isn't too tight.

Reusable over the top of a disposable? My DS is getting very full nappies at the moment and has leaked once or twice so this will be my next step if it carries on.
