Am I spoiling my toddler?

LO is 20 months. She is talking in sentences but sometimes I struggle to understand what she's saying, so I have to offer her a hundred things until we get to the right one. It's frustrating for her because she keeps repeating herself and for me for obvious reasons.
She says please so nicely, I want her to have what she wants.

If she is talking in full sentences at one I would say that's pretty good progress could you say show me and she would take you to what she wants?

She has an older sister with verbal diarrhoea so had to learn pretty quick lol. I've tried that but then something else catches her eye, which I definitely know she wasn't talking about. And a whole new drama starts
