Posting for my sister who has started ttc but has come to me with her concerns her child is 11 in a couple of months and will be starting secondary school next September. It took her 6 months to conceive so assuming it will be similar this time the baby could be due just as she is starting secondary school. Has anyone else had this and how did you deal with it? Understandably she’s concerned she will feel unsupported or pushed out at a time of change already and if she has to have a c-section she won’t be able to drive her to school and the nearest school is a 40 minute bus ride which she isn’t comfortable with. I’ve suggested to her to wait until the baby could be due after Christmas so the initial secondary school buzz is over, but I’d appreciate any mums with actual experience of it giving their views. Tia
