Any ideas for a 2 year old?

For our 2year old we got her a toy kitchen, for friends 2year olds we got books from the works

My son turned 2 only recently, he got:

• 3 Books - "the very hungry caterpillar"; one about garbage trucks (or keeping the city clean in general, but I bought it because of the truck); "the koala who could"

• A garbage truck

• Wooden Cylinders, Montessori style

• Balance bike

• A board game

• Cooking apron and hat (present from his sister)

• A cool shark sweater with teeth on the hood (from his sister's best friend)

My v nearly 2 year old is just starting to enjoy sticker books and longer story books being read to her, e.g. The Gruffalo. She also adores Peppa Pig books (as well as the tv show) so any related stuff is a winner.

Wooden track with battery operated Lorry and magnetic trucks with a helicopter, (think train track but lorries)

Tractor and bin wagon

Trampoline

Set of pop up goals and mini football

Just a few ideas

The oi frog series of books is fab. I think there are 3 or 4 of them

My son was 2 in June, we got him an easel with chalkboard one side and magnetic board the other - he’s obsessed with letters and numbers so got him the Malissa and Doug magnets to go with it.
Also the peekaboo A-Z book and number book, wonky donkey book, Elmer book, hungry caterpillar pop up book (it’s not that good) twirlywoo and clangers figures, a happyland rocket and some 5 piece jigsaws.

Oh I forgot we also got him this counting toy, it’s brilliant he picked up the idea of it straight away
