Rash on toddlers face help please

Hi all, lo 16 months was vomiting overnight. Seems ok this morning able to keep food down however has developed this on face? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Hi, did you end up finding out what this rash was? My 16mo has got it at the moment and no one is helping me with a treatment solution
