Hi!
My 3yo was left in the toilets whilst in a 1hr Kids Club at my gym. Communication has been beyond lax and I’m still unsure what happened other than she was left by 2 leaders and found by another member of staff and I was not informed until my daughter told me-3hrs later,by my daughter! She was found crying and asking for her Mama! I then cancelled her swim class as I believed she was getting a cold,later realising she had been crying for sometime-alone in a unisex toilet,nappy change in a very large gym. Then led back to Kids Club held on the tennis courts,3mins walk away and told to play as the other children wanted to...thought please please please! Xx
