Milk question

Good morning.

My daughter has just turned one and is now on full fat milk. She's never been too fussed about milk anyway (was having 12-14 oz of formula a day) but since switching is only having between 8-10 oz a day and even this she would go without if I didn't keep offering it.

She has a very good appetite and has 3 large meals a day and has cheese and yogurts with these.

So my question is, is she having enough milk? And if not, how can I get her to drink more?

Thank youSmile

I wouldn't worry as long as she is eating a good variety of foods.

She needs 350 mg of calcium. That’s three portions.
