Hi, our LO is young through a faze where she won’t eat without the tv! Some days she fine but not sure how else to distract her, we always have nursery rhymes and sit round the table.
Any ideas to help with different distractions thanks

I think you need to work on cutting out this distraction thing. Distracted eating actually isn't healthy anyway (kids shouldn't just graze in front of the tv without thinking about what they are putting in their mouths). Sit down, have a nice family dinner. If she won't eat, that's fine, she's not hungry. If she is old enough to be expected to sit while you finish your meal, then I would expect that, regardless if she's eating at all or not. If she is too little for that, then I'd just end the meal and get her down, but don't top up with snacks later. Generally, if they are hungry, they'll eat. If not, I wouldn't force it, unless there are genuine concerns about her being underweight or malnourished.
