2 year old bunk beds

I've recently moved my oldest ds to top bunk with the plan being my 2.5 year old would move to the bottom bunk. I've bought a 2 sided bed rail but still nervous. Is this ok??

Depends on the 2 year old

If they can climb up and down the ladder competently and sensibly then yes. Or if they can't but can be trusted not to climb it then fine. Otherwise you may need to be careful.

My little one fitted into the former category at 2 and she was fine.

So your 2.5 year old is in the bottom bunk?

My 2.5 year old has been on the bottom bunk since Easter and she’s absolutely fine.
