Nappies that don't soak through for the night

My 3 month old has just started to sleep from about 8-9. I change him before bed, but come morning he's absolutely soaked through to his clothes.

Obviously I don't want to be waking him up during the night just to change his nappy but he's so uncomfortable come morning and he's started to become chapped.

We've used Aldi, Asda and Morrisons brand nappies. Does anyone have any recommendations? He's in size 2 at the moment.

We use sainsbury nappies sometimes it can be a sign they need the lower or higher size. My little one would deffinaly have woken up if I changed her so let's hope you can find a brand that works
Good luck. :)

Aldi have been the best for us. Maybe size up one or two. Less liquid an hour or so before bed?

We are in size 3 nappies at the moment and use Aldi of a day and Pampers Nappy Pants at night. Never had a leak with them!

Are you pointing his willy down? Sorry if that sounds patronising but I'm really surprised he's soaking through in that amount of time - DD was a great night time sleeper (crap napper to make for it) and we never had any issues.

I use boots own and my 3 month old sleeps from 9-6 and never leaks. The only leak we have had was when she did an astronomical poonami bless her.

Update - I had him in Pampers Premium last night and he's completely soaked through again Sad

Another vote for cloth nappies. They contain everything! Or you could put a nappy cover on top of the disposable? At least the clothes/bedding wouldn't be completely soaked

Just tried Fred & Flo last night and she woke up with completely dry clothes! Not tried any others but don't think we will, definitely recommend.

What shape is your little one? My ds is on the more generously upholstered fat side, and the only nappies we've found that didn't leak were Sainsbury's own brand. We tried Pampers, Asda, Aldi and Tesco. I think it's because the Sainsbury's ones have a stretchy bit at the back, which held them more snugly around his chubby little waist... And we also went up to the + size, which definitely helped.
