Headlice help!!

I am going through DD’s hair twice a week for headlice and last week with every stroke of the comb I picked up headlice (especially baby ones!) I am at my wits end, I am spending a fortune on headlice treatment just for her to catch them again. She wears her hair up constantly apart from when going to bed. The poor thing is complaining her head is sore whenever I use the comb on her now because her little scalp is sore from all the combing constantly, has anyone got any advice or tips? It’s soul destroying when she comes home and has them all agaimBlush

You don’t need treatment (my understanding is it doesn’t work anymore anyway). Nitty gritty comb and conditioner and I’d be doing it every day or 2 for a week or two. Tea tree oil in after she’s washed it out apparently helps too. I’ve always done that and they’ve been easy to get rid of.
