Sleep routine changing

11 month old has finally started self settling. Much help from childminder but last week had a full week of saying night night and walking out and she just drifted off in 5 mins.......this week however is a disaster, nothing has changed except she doesn't want to sleep...... like last night it took 60 mins for her to go off after doing laps of the cot. This morning took 37 mins to go off, eventually had to rock her, she slept for 35 mins 😪
Anyone ever had similar? Any ideas why a baby would change so dramatically???? Any help greatly appreciated!!!

They do it to lull you into a false sense of security Wink

I've found there are small changes all the time - teething, how warm it is, how tired they are, how much they've eaten. Sounds horrible but being consistent helps, it's hard though when they're really upset. I found that sitting/lying on the floor, holding hands helped.
