Delayed reaction to rotavirus vaccine - is it possible?

My daughter had her second rotavirus dose almost 2 weeks ago, we’re on day 13 now. She was fine the first 4 or 5 days post vaccine but since then she’s had at least one screaming fit due to painful tummy a day, and now at 13 days she seems to be getting the runny nappies the nurse warned me about. She said it takes 14 days for the vaccine to run its course so I’m surprised we are seeing the side effects quite late? Unless it’s not the vaccine at all but it does all seem related, she’s not been right since! This rotavirus one is so horrible she took a good couple of weeks to get back to herself after the first lot!
