Sex drive with young children?

Apologies if this is the wrong thread. Did anyone have problems with their sex drive not returning after having children?
I’ve got a toddler and a baby, neither of which sleep through so pretty tired! But also had the contraceptive implant post DC2.
After DC1 we were TTC for a while so I guess that motivated me to have sex but now I just feel a bit dead inside. Anyone else?

You are not alone and it makes me feel guilty and embarrassed. I have no advice, but hoping someone else might.

Contraceptive implant can reduce libido dramatically.

I think it's the lack of sleep. It's the last thing on your mind when run down and tired.

My toddler and 4 month old both sleep through the night so I can’t blame that, but I have zero sex drive.

Someone told me it can be caused by breastfeeding so that could explain it but I don’t even want DH near me at the minute.

Mine are both school age now and it hasn’t come back properly. I do make myself at times and it’s fine but I never miss it. Think it’s a combination of menopause, pnd, knackered and fat!

However, mainly, by the time the kids go to bed (and I work from home v emotionally intense work), I don’t want anyone to speak to me let alone touch me! 😂😂.

Disclaimer: I love DP a great deal.

I have no advice, but I'm the same!

If I never had sex again I genuinely wouldn't care. It's sad.

Thanks for the responses but this is more depressing than I thought!
Anyone got any advice? Is it a case of waiting or doing it more until I enjoy it?

Id try a non hormonal contraception such as copper coil or condoms. See if it returns then.
