Baby with cold hands and feet

I've noticed for the last 2 days my 7 week old has cold hands and feet. I dont remember them being like this before.
I know it can be normal for babies but also worried because they can be a sign of sepsis.
So I'm just wondering if he has no fever is it ok?

My DD was born in March and often had cold hands and feet the HV said this was perfectly normal as babies circulation isn't fully developed and to check her temp by feeling her torso. I just used to fold the little mits down on her babygros to try and warm them up. Is there some other reason for being concerned about sepsis as it wouldn't be my go to concern for cold hands and feet. If you think your baby is at risk of sepsis seek urgent medical advice.

Its normal my little boy always had cold hands and feet when little. At 6 months they still feel cold but not as often Thats why they say to check temp back or torso.

It would only be a sign of sepsis if they also had a fever.

My baby’s used to feel freezing - I popped tiny socks over them as never found mitts that stayed on. Most of the photos of her as a tiny are waving socks around!

Thanks all, he is otherwise ok.
Just find it hard being fully responsible for someone so small. Feel like if something happened to him then it'd be my fault for not noticing soon enough Hmm
