1 year old immunisations

DD2 had her 1 year old immunisations yesterday. She woke at about 4am and felt very warm so I stripped her off and let her go back to sleep in our bed. Checked her temperature and it's slightly raised, she's very whingy today. Is this normal for them to have a temperature the next day? I don't remember DD1 been like this.

Yes, they can start a fever up to about 3 days after a vaccination - any vaccination, though some are more likely to cause reactions than others. and of course every child reacts differently.
Nothing to worry!
