Wind and fennel tea

Hi I have been giving my 3 week old cooled fennel tea which seems to be helping with her wind. Does anyone know how much I should be giving? I know it's not a popular thing in the UK, more common on the continent. I have so far been doing 20mls here and there when she is in pain. Is this too much? I have seen posts about just a 5ml syringe. Also how should I prepare? Can I make a cup of it in the morning and just use it from here bit by bit throughout the day if it is in a sterile cup. Of so I need to brew it fresh and cool it every time? (Time consuming!!!) Any tips on how to be more efficient would be helpful.

Any other tips for a baby with colic and little sleep at night please send my way...she is bf mostly with one expressed bottle and one formula bottle each night (so image to get a few straight hours!) Thanks
