Life after colic- how to establish a routine?

I made a thread yesterday which went unanswered so I thought I’d phrase it slightly differently as I’ve had time to mull over the real issue. Dd is 16 weeks and has been an incredibly difficult baby, with screaming that nothing could stop. We’ve just about got through to the other side but have absolutely no routine. We just had to pace around cuddling her most days. I should say medical issues have been ruled out but it was very stressful at the time. I now want to be able to put her to bed at the very least but it’s been proving hard. I’m breast feeding on demand still and have been feeding her to sleep, and co sleeping as it was the only way of anyone getting any sleep. But in the last week or so she’s got very active and takes up a lot of room! She also wants to be latched on all night and it’s exhausting! So where to I even start to try and establish a routine? I’m so tired which isn’t helping
