Do you have a toddler and young baby?

How do you get out of the house? And what about rainy days? My 2.5 year old doesn't sleep through the night unless has a good run around in day and I have a four month old that can't sleep if we go out and it's noisy - don't blame him. So if we get out in day it's about 3pm before we can leave after their naps. I don't want to disrupt baby's lunch skeep as I have to wake him in middle of it from this week, twice a week , to collect toddler from nursery. We just pop out locally to garden centre or shops. Today and tomorrow are forecast to rain all day and I just don't know what to do with them? Do I just accept this is how it is at this stage? Anyone else in same boat?

Does your baby not fall asleep in the pram if you walked to the park etc op?

Tbh once i was on to dc2 the baby in the family tended to slot in around everyone else. I usually found baby would sleep in the pram/car

Have you tried using a sling for baby? Mine are older now but when I had a 3yr old and a newborn the only way I coped was using slings - baby was strapped to me most of the time and would only sleep like that! Then I’d just do whatever I would have been doing with the 3yr old and baby just tagged along.
It’s not easy!!

I need to get a sling but he is already 16 pounds and so heavy for me. He just won't sleep in oram and I don't want to ruin his long lunch time nap. I can't feed him in oulbkic as I have tendinitis in arms so I'm just trapped!
