What would you do?

I've had my fluffles 5 months. I've already sent one back cos the sitching burst (and a month later than promised, tots sent a replacement.

Now another one has "stitching issues" this time its just a seam on the fleece inner, just by one of the tabs.

If 2 are gone, it makes me concerned that the rest will in time and I resent having to pay the postage to send them back when its poor quality control.

Would you send it back and say nothing, or kick up a fuss?

be direct - im all for saying it as it is (in a polite manner of course!).

If I send them all back, I'll have 4 bambineos and 1 quick flip to last me

Might have to buy some bamboo squares from you nappyzone

Will def have to have a word with tots though, wish I could get my money back and wait and get teddies (eyes glaze over in nappy fuelled haze)

The teddies are loooooooooooooovely - my mum keeps stroking them!

Send em back and get Teddies. They are so lovely. I'm definitely going to sell my Fluffles to fund a couple more even though I'm perfectly happy with them.

(A bit to admit this given the hassle I gave you with the Fluffles Flame...promise to buy the Teddies from you )

Have Phone Tots. Told woman about fluffle and how I was worried they would all fall to pieces and she said they'd had no other complaints about fluffles (yeah, not the nippa one, the poppers are another matter) apart from maybe mine. She said I'd have to return it (which I understand). She made me feel the problem was of my doing or that I was complaining over nothing. The stitching is only on the fleece this time but still shows them to be poorly made.

I've written a strongly worded letter of complaint and copied in The Nappy Lady who I bought the nappies from and who have be great. I've told tots that I would struggle to recommend them to anyone... which is true! They expect me to keep returning nappies and they don't care about all the postage costs you incur cos of their bad workmanship.

When do the Nippa Teddies come out anyone??

poor old tots bots- how the mighty fall!! Loads of their stockists have recently sacked them due to poor quality and bad service!!

Can't believe that last night I was considering just sending them back wihout saying anything!!

The last replacement I got has been washed once but never worn. When I get this new one, I think they will both be getting sold.

Can't imagine how all you nappy vendors must be with tots.

I've been ok - I still get my tots supply through my agent work with babykind. I had put in a bulk order, but then got messed around (before even receiving it!) so cancelled.
