I'm not sure whether I'm posting in the right place.. I'd like to hear about your experiences with craniosacral therapy?

Saved my breastfeeding journey my baby was very sore after delivery (normal delivery but came out with a hand by her cheek). A bit distressing to watch your baby upset in someone else's hands but the difference after made it totally worth it. Suggest you read about memory crying and cranio osteopaths first so you are prepared. The practitioner was very baby led and she did a lot while baby was on me and allowed as much time as needed.

My little girl (now 7) had a traumatic delivery - failed forceps followed by emergency section. She was so unsettled and cried for weeks. My cousin who was a health visitor recommended craniosacral therapy and it was a godsend. The therapist reckoned her neck and shoulder were giving her pain. At the time I would have tried anything to settle her, although I felt a bit sceptical when she was bouncing on an exercise ball with DD on her lap! However, whatever she done worked and the change was almost instant. I think we had three sessions in total - it was definitely worth it.
