Is this heat rash in toddler?

My toddler had a rash last night thats got worse. Am i right in thinking this is probably heat rash? He hasn’t been any different just abit mardy because of the heat

My toddler has something like this occasionally and I am pretty sure it's from the heat, judging from when and where he gets them.

That looks like heat rash. My DS is suffering with this too.
