Abdominal pain?

Dd is 3 in nov and last night woke up calling for me around 10pm, she wouldn't settle so I put her in bed with me and dh had the sofa. Once she was in my bed she kept having waves of what sounded like contractions. This has happened before in the past and only at nighttime after her evening meal, last night she had pasta with some salad ( I can't remember what she ate on the evenings before when this has happened) and went to bed at 7pm about 45 mins after she'd eaten. I've asked her in the past what's wrong but she's never really explained, so I asked her last night where her poorly was and she said her belly. She was screaming out in pain and then would be fine for 4/5 minutes and just scream again, I gave her some calpol but she didn't fall back to sleep until 2am. Another thing is she hasn't done a poo today and that's not like her at All, she normally goes at 8am and again in the afternoon. Any idea what this could be?

Could she be constipated? I'd definitely seek medical attention

I've literally just finished changing her dirty nappy Confused bloody typical isn't it lol.

Still..it's not like her. I'm wondering if it could be pasta that she's intolerant too.
