My child’s biological father who has only ever seen him ONCE for an hour when he was 3 months old (my lb is now 2.5 years old) has been seeking legal advice over my son now, as I’ve been told by his parents.

What do I do?? Please help

Can you talk to him? So many legal issues can be resolved by talking. Find out what he wants, does he want to establish a relationship, is he questioning his paternity? Trying to avoid child support? Could be positive reasons, he's grown up and realised he has failed his son. Far better to avoid conflict

Have tried speaking to him over the course of my son’s life, and throughout pregnancy too. But he hasn’t been co-operative. And now I hear that he’s doing this!!
