I have a 4 month old DS and am a single parent but would love to take him away for just 1 night before I go back to work in September. I’m in West Sussex (UK) so does anyone know anywhere that’s good to go? :) hoping to get something cheap last minute!

Hey blue moon. Have you thought about eastbourne? I'm in east Sussex and my friend lives on eastbourne seafront. She posts daily photos of long walks with baby along the promenade (you can walk for an hour or 2, have a coffee and go back the other way) and its look gorgeous. There is a cheap soft play place down there (£1 for under 1s and £1 for adults) with a baby zone which is fab, and princes park to go and feed the ducks.

We camped at that age (cheap if you have or can borrow gear) otherwise do you have friends you can visit elsewhere? Babies don't really appreciate holidays, it's for you, where do you like?
