Just wondering what your day looks like with a 1 year old.

Mines started sleeping better which means no early am milk should he still have milk in the day? and a long nap in the morning. Last few days night time has been a battle so wondering about the afternoon nap. Tia

Up at 7.30/8.00
Banana and milk at 8.00
Breakfast at 9.00
Nap at 11.00-12.30
Lunch at 14.00
Nap at 16.00-16.45
Dinner at 18.00
Bed at 20.30

All the time in between causing mayhem by running and climbing.

She has a cup of peppermint tea throughout the day and drinks it with meals she also has access to soya milk throughout the day. I stopped the night time bottle a few months ago as it wasn't getting finished

Milk in the morning and evening and a nap around 1ish so an early lunch. Generally works better to get out in the morning for us.

DS is nearly 14 months, we've just cut his afternoon nap as he was point blank refusing it. I felt it was a bit early but tbh he's been sleeping far better at night, so it works for us. We're pretty flexible though.--

7:30am - awake, bf
8am - breakfast
9-10:30am - playtime
10:30am - nap
12pm - awake, bf
1pm - lunch
2-5pm - play / go out
6pm - dinner
6:45 - bath, brush teeth, stories
7:15 - bottle of milk
7:30 - asleep hopefully

Thanks all his morning nap is currently 2 hours after he wakes! Think I need to push it a bit later towards lunch x
