Best Actvity Boxes

Hi all! We subscribed to an actvity box called the Weekend box and really liked it. However, it's been taken over by Wonderbox and we were not at all impressed with the first one we got. Not ahead appropriate and two activities. We will be cancelling but would like to find a replacement. We do one a month normally. My son is 4 (5 in January) and likes crafts and cooking. He starts school in September. What would people recommend? Thanks for reading x

I've bought my friends children some PickUp Sports boxes which they loved, which teach a new sport each month - they've been great quality but do come from the US so they get them a few days later than the website says.

I loved Weekend box too, for when I babysat, it's such a shame that it's been taken over! Awaiting other suggestions 🙂

Not a box and my daughter is 3 and a half but we love doing the CBeebies craft magazine every month. The price varies but it’s usually around £3-5. Worth a look.

I’ve heard good things about Mini Bakers Club. Apparently it’s not just baking, it included craft activities too.
The only one we’ve had is The Rainy Day Box. I chose this one because it seems all about good old-fashioned fun, whatever the weather. Each one contains a minimum of three activities with easy-to-follow picture instructions, a bonus recycling task, a prize chart, reward sticker, ‘everlasting’ glue tube and art brush. They can be tailored to girls, boys or unisex. There are monthly subscription available, a ‘build your own box’ option with five items included or pre-prepared themed boxes in various prices. We’ve had a few baking activities included.
