Loud screech and vomiting

Hi all, my 10 week old baby girl was screaming the house down for pretty much a full day then again the next morning. She's stopped that now but she's vomited twice today. All of which is out of character for her. She's bubbling at the mouth at times and biting my shoulder when she can. I've been thinking she's teething but that wouldn't make her sick would it?
She's breastfed only.
Any ideas of what's wrong welcome?
Also, can I continue to give her breast milk when she's been sick or am I better giving her cooked boiled water?
Thanks x

Keep breastfeeding- it comforts and gives them what they need; no need at all for boiled water. May be a little early for teething? Though all babies are different. If not better tomorrow I'd consider phoning gp (most will see on same day for small baby via triage), and if she gets worse tonight 111.

Sounds like reflux - surely she's just bringing back up here milk? Are her cries high pitched?

Does she have a temperature? If so at that age she needs to be seen.

We went the doctors today and her temp and heart rate are fine. She did bring the milk up but she is very rarely sick so I thought I could rule out reflux? The scream was high pitched but that's stopped now. I've got some expressed milk to give her for the next feed so I'll forget the water idea.
Thanks for the replies, I'm the dad btw x
