Help!

My 16 month old bites! Only really me and DH and grandparents but lately nursery workers too.

It might be teething but hes always been a biter. I dont think he understands being told off as he just laughs.

Dont know what to do ....

Watching with interest. My dd 12m bites me now and again but not really her dad. I joke that I must taste better but I think you're right they don't understand. I'm hoping for some advice as well.

I have ordered some amber teething bracelets in case its that but I think it's a habit he has.

I read online that you should just ignore it but i don't think that helps tbh, it makes me not want to cuddle him

Our son went through a phase of biting, mostly on me. He soon grew out if it, I did keep telling him no, it's not nice, it hurts mummy. Not in a disciplining way, just to tell him.

Mine is now 19m, was doing this every few days when frustrated up until a few weeks ago.
When they did it, I would say a low, firm no, and put them straight down on the floor and move away. My DC would tantrum slightly and cry, and I would give it a second and then pick them up.
Fingers crossed it's stopped.

Mine bites when he's teething. Only me so not the end of the world but still painful. No advice on how to stop it, just some solidarity! Flowers
