Sun holiday with 12 month old tips?

Hi everyone. Going to Spain with my baby later in the year when she will be 12 months.
Trying to plan ahead and get organised with stuff and wondeeed if any mums have any tips on what to bring and what to buy there?

I'm a bit clueless when it comes to babies and holidays!

For the travel part of things, any tips for the airport and plane? Luggage/hand luggage tips? What if she needs a bottle on the plane? I'm a bit clueless as she is my first- she will just have turned one, but she will probably still be on some formula right? Or not?

In terms of clothing, would people recommend just dresses and rompers? Should I put her in vest overnight? Would you bring a tog blanket? For swimming, what would the best option be for swim suit? Is it better to get something to cover her completely or just an ordinary swim suit?

Do people buy inflatable swimming things out there? And nappies and wipes etc? We are taking a pram but need to buy a fold down one- any recommendations for reasonable simple all in one prams?
Thank you so much - sorry for so many questions!!

Take reusable swim nappies.can just wash out after (less space in your case too) a little paddling poole to blow up so bub can sit is something very shallow.

hi OP, weve just come back from spain with our 11 month old.
Pack a few new toys and books in your baby bag for the plane, our flight was right on dds anytime so I thought she would sleep but I was wrong lol she was literally awake the whole flight. Also if they're walking or almost walking, just pace up and down the aisle with them every half hour or so to keep them busy.
by 12 mo ths they are on cows milk so should be easy for you, but if theyre not just buy some pre made bottles for the plane and then I put my formula in a ziplock bag in my luggage.
In terms of clothes we just mainly went for dresses and rompers, make sure you have plenty of spares in case of nappy leaks and/or food stains. I bought vests to put her in overnight but tbh most nights she ended up sleeping in her clothes, as she would fall asleep in the pushchair when we were out and i didnt want to wake her to change her. And just took a small cellular blanket to cover her because of the air con in the room.
Wee took nappies and wipes with us but in spain it's easy to buy once you're there.
We just had swimming costumes for dd and kept her in the shade for the majority if the time, shes not keen on the heat lol.
Hope this helps!

Oh also! we bought a little clip on fan for the buggy from b&m for a fiver and it was invaluable! kept her coll when napping in the pushchair, just take plenty of spare batteries because we had to change them every day lol
