my 22 month old is lost in her own world of imagination. though she does not respond to her name but she quickly responds to a poem or song that she is familiar with. should i be worried?

You'd have to speak to your HV to see if they have any concerns.

I would only be able to give you my 16mo as a point of reference and there's no real point comparing because "normal" covers such a broad range in ages.

Ask the GP for a referral for a hearing test.
