10mo keeps refusing food

My 10mo has never been a great eater but for the past month she’s been refusing the majority of her food. Things she’s eaten in the past she now refuses to eat. She shakes her head and cries. The only thing she’ll eat constantly with no problem are dried Cheerios but I don’t want her to have too many because of the salt content.
Today she’s eaten a bit of toast, a bit of fish cake and a bit of a bread stick and a bit of grated cheese. I can’t get her to eat any fruit or veg - she’ll let me put a blueberry in her mouth and then she’ll spit it out.
I’m trying to keep meal times fun and we al eat together but nothing seems to be working.
I just want to burst into tears. I’m also struggling for ideas on what to feed her! We eat a lot of ready meals so can’t give her those.
I just don’t know what to do
Xx

I really won’t worry about this. She’s still little and milk should still be her main source of nutrition before one. How much milk is she still drinking? At this stage it’s all about trying new things and exploring food. Plus, you can’t force a baby to eat. My DS wouldn’t be spoon fed anything at all so we did BLW which I found great. There’s loads of apps, blogs, instagrams etc with really easy and simple recipes to try. He didn’t start eating loads untill about 11 months I’d say. Since then it’s been up and down, stages of eating everything in handed to him and stages of extreme fussiness- it comes in waves.

Just keep offering a variety of food along side her milk, trying to let meal times be fun and stress free. If she eats a lot fab, it not no big deal. She’ll get there
