Toilet seat

at what age did you stop using a toilet training size seat for your child? DS is 5 and toilet trained since age 3 but we are still using the training sized seat in top of the regular toilet seat. What age do people generally stop using these? TIA

I'm haven't actually got this far, my son is trained and we use the seat on the toilet. I am expecting to just use it until he fills out/grows enough to be able to sit on the loo comfortably without dropping in the gap 😀😀

We never did, my son went from potty to toilet seat. He's 3 now. I was worried he'd fall in but he's not had any issues. What does DS do when you go out, is he ok in public toilets?
