I have a gro egg and have used it for both my DC I find it fairly reliable however I still check my DC temp myself to make sure they aren't too cold or too warm throughout the night but that's just me

Never had a problem with ours- it matches up to the temperature that shows on the baby monitor if I'm using that at the same time. Ours is mainly used as a nightlight really rather than the temperature though Grin
