How were your babies after 16 week jabs?

Hi all.

Baby girl has her 16 week immunisations next week. She was a little bit grumpy/grizzly after her eight week ones and was off her milk for three/four days. She didn’t get a fever, though, and was back to her usual content self within 24 hours. So nothing too bad!

She was totally fine after her 12 week ones. I’ve heard the 16 week ones are the worst when it comes to grumpiness/side effects, so I’m asking how your babies were so I know what to expect!

She’s normally very content and hardly ever cries, so it’s tough to see her grumpy/grizzly!

Mine had hers a few months ago and was very unsettled the evening after, and had a fever as she kept bringing up feeds and calpol. Back to normal though within 48 hours, but took another day or so to get back into sleep and eat routine. I wouldn't make any plans for the day after just in case, but they're worth it.

About the same as the 8 week ones. A little fever and grumpiness. It passed by the third day and it was a massive relief that she'd had them done.

She was literally fine, you couldn’t tell anything was different to normal

My boy was absolutely fine. Couldn't even tell he had anything done. The 8 week ones were worse for him.
