Am I being stupid?

My eldest suffered from an unexplained seizure when we were abroad last year. She had febrile convulsions when she was a baby but her last one was 5 years prior. After a few months of being under the care of a consultant nothing has happened since aside from a build up of anxiety from her perspective as to whether it will happen again.
We have no news definitive diagnosis but I did get them to agree to another test which may give some more info. She's had the relevant tests for nasties and there was nothing of note.
We have been thinking about our summer hols and as a family we would really like to go somewhere hot and sunny ie abroad
But I have a nagging feeling that it's a risk given what happened last time, which could have been due to tiredness/lack of food/a fever.
She's so excited to go. We've been abroad 3 times since she was little and nothing happened then.
Am I being daft worrying about taking her abroad, am I being a bit too risk averse? What would you do? It's been 7 months since it happened.
Thanks in advance! X

Sorry that should say we haven't had a diagnosis from her consultant they said just to wait and see what happened but to avoid stress, make sure she eats well and control a fever. She had a fever when we were abroad which they said could be the main contributing factor as well as tired from travelling and not eating normally.

If the doctor says it’s okay to go, then go- and follow the doctor’s instructions.
