Does anyone have any tips for really bad nappy rash please? DS2 is getting a lot of teeth in just now and it seems to be appearing his poo. It's really watery and often so his wee bum is really sore. I feel so bad every time I need to change him as he screams in pain. I've tried everything I can think of and I think I'm going to take him to the doctors tomorrow but does anyone have any suggestions in the mean time? I am at a loss and feel so useless as I can't make it better for him. He's 1 year old.
