Ella have got some tasty looking frozen food catered for the “big kids”

But surely a 9 month can have a cheesy croquette? If they can eat what we eat?

I usually make his food all homemade but if I’m lazy, I’ll give him a pouch but he chomps on toast etc so doesn’t really need puréed food so could he have these instead or are they really not suited for babies?

Yeah they’re fine, they only put the age range suggestions to cover for choking hazards etc. The ingredients look absolutely fine. Just keep an eye on the salt levels but they shouldn’t be too high.

They can eat any of that sort of stuff from 6 months. I wouldn’t go crazy buying it though. It tastes like cardboard and neither of mine (who eat absolutely everything) would touch it!

I haven't seen them but I would just check the salt and sugar levels are within the recommended guidelines. Just because it's in the baby and toddler isle doesn't mean it sits within the guidelines.
