Delayed hand eye co-ordination - 9MO

I have a 9 month old that in all other aspects appears to be thriving.

She was slow to start reaching out for objects (approx 5 months). When she finally started reaching for things, she would be way off the mark even though I could see her focusing on the stationary object. This has improved massively and she isn’t now really troubled by this.

Then when weaning started, she would not pick up food in her hand to feed herself. She would instead face plant the highchair and pick the bits up with her mouth. Again, I’ve really tried to work on this and it has slowly and surely improved.

Now at 9 months, she cannot pick up any items that have any weight to them. For example; her water cup, the Moosical Cow toy, or a packet of wipes. She reaches for them, grasps them but cant lift them.

I’ve mentioned this in her 9 month health visitor review and she does not seem concerned. Is this something that I should stop worrying about? I don’t know if there is an issue there with coordination or her arms themselves.

My son was like this & I panicked...he wouldnt push up on his arms at tummy time. When he reached out for stuff he seemed shakey like his arms wouldnt do what his brain wanted them to do...He wasnt as old as 9 months...I think he was fine by 5 months...But hes totally fine now at 2 and a half And reached all milestones on time.Is she crawling? If she is...I'd suspect maybe getting her eyes checked? If it's not a physical issue as in her arm strength...Maybe shes struggling to see objects...X
